General Public

For support, please begin by selecting your state below. We will then display the appropriate council contact information for you to reach out to.

Council Support

1. Use the "Log In" dropdown at the top of this page to get into your council account. In the list of icons at the top of the page, you will see a forum icon to the far right.
If there is no forum icon, or you do not have an account to log in, please contact your council for support.
2. Look for "General Support", found under the bolded "Support" category, and click it to enter.
3. In the top-right, there is a button to create a new topic. Click that button, and fill out the form.
Once you post your question, our support team will get to it as soon as possible. You will receive a notification in the bell icon at the top of your page, as well as an email when we reply to your topic.
This will notify all members of our support and development staff, so please do not send an email in addition to your post.
