Campership

Campership (financial assistance) applications close May 10th. If you have any families that are interested in financial assistance, please fill out this form ASAP.

Camperships will be applied to your registration if the name & unit information match between the application and your camp registration. Be sure to check the box under the Scout's data entry field as well.

Camperships will appear as pending until approved. You will receive a confirmation once the Campership has been approved.

Funds for Camperships are only available for Chippewa Valley Council troops.

Payment Allocations

It is up to you to allocate your payments to an attendee, if you do not indicate who to apply the payments to when sending in checks. A reminder that it is important to allocate payments before payment deadlines, or the system will apply late fees.

Refund Form and Process

Camp fees are non-refundable as we encourage Units to transfer fees to another Scout from your Unit who is attending camp. However, the Council Camping Committee will deal with each situation in which a written refund request is received and endeavor to be as fair as possible. All refunds are calculated AFTER the $50 nonrefundable deposit. All refund requests are due 1 business day after the end of your camp session.

View form and review all refund policies here.

Coupons and Promotions

There is a promotion for Scouts that attend a second week of camp, including NYLT. This promotion gives $100 off the price of the Scout's second week of summer camp, or their week of summer camp if attending NYLT. In most cases, this promotion is automatically applied.

It is your responsibility to ensure that promotions are applied before the end of your week of camp. Sorry, we can't apply discounts or give refunds for discounts that were not applied before the end of your week of camp.

If you wish to not take advantage of this promotion after it has been applied, contact Eric Muench. By not taking advantage of this promotion, you are further supporting the mission of Camp Phillips and helping to keep costs low for all Scouts.

Medication Administration Training

Your troop is required to administer medication to youth under your care. Every unit must have one adult that has completed the medication administration training online, prior to your arrival at camp. Learn more here.

Adult Leadership

All adults need to be members of your Troop in order to stay overnight at camp. Click this link to view our Adult Leadership Checklist.

Health Form

Anybody staying overnight will need part ABC health form. There is no longer a 72 hour exemption. This is the health form that includes a physical exam from a doctor.

Reserve your 2025 Campsite

If you are currently registered for summer 2024, you can reserve your site for 2025!

If you would like the same campsite in the same session, you should follow these steps before the end of your camp session in 2024. Alternately, you can do this in-person at the admin office at camp.

Required Data Entry

Begin entering in as much data as you can for your scouts. After May 1, most fields will become required.

Why do I need to enter contact information for every Scout and Adult? Isn't that information already on the health form? Great question! According to Wisconsin ATCP 78.20 we must keep a record of home address, phone number, emergency contact name & phone number. Our online registration system makes this process very easy, keeps this information backed, and easily searchable in the event of an emergency.
