Training is the most important key to . . .
successful Scouting for both Scouts and Scouters. It is a cornerstone of the Scouting program. There are many opportunities available to youth and adults at various levels to further develop. Some of these training courses are conducted in your unit, some are available for you to work on by yourself, and others are offered at national training centers, such as the Philmont Training Center in Cimarron, NM.
