Greetings, 

We are so excited to see you Saturday morning for Fall Cub Camp. The weather will be chilly.

These notes are important. Please send this along to any families that are meeting you at camp.

Arrival:

• PLEASE, DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 9 AM.
• You will be entering at the main Camp Phillips entrance
  2900 16th St
  Rice Lake, WI 54868
  
  Proceed on blacktop road until you reach the parking lot. 
  Parking personnel will direct you further.

Activities: 

• A reminder that our activities are an open house format. Visit any activity that interests you. Stay as long or as little at each station. 
• BB Guns and Archery are not age appropriate for those 5 years of age or younger. 
• There will be a lot of hiking in between stations; wear good footwear!
• It will 45-55 degrees and windy during the event, plan on wearing clothing with layers.
• Stay for one hour or for the entire day. The stations conclude at 3 pm.

 

Food:

• If you are interested in eating lunch, be sure to grab your lunch wristband at check-in. 
• You will be assigned a meal shift, please do your best to arrive during your meal shift. 
• Due to a high turnout, we may not be able to serve lunch to walk-ins.
• If your admission to the event was free, please consider a $5 per person suggested donation if eating lunch. Your generosity helps us to keep costs low.
