Units and Scouters are needed to volunteer to help run a successful event.

• Pack leaders are encouraged to assist the Scouts from your unit attending the event through one of their first Scouting experiences.
• Troop, Crew and Ship leaders and Scouts are needed to help the Cub Scouts with rocket assembly, rocket launch, and rocket retrieval utilizing the EDGE method.  Troops are also encouraged to set up a fun demonstration or activity for the Cub Scouts to do before or after they launch their rocket.
• The TAMU Rocketry Team has also volunteered to assist. They will focus on teaching the Cub Scouts about the parts of a rocket and how they work.
