The Order of the Arrow is Scouting’s

National Honor Society

The Vigil Honor of the Order of the Arrow is recognition of outstanding service to the OA and dedication to the ideals of Scouting. But even more, it is a promise of greater service in the future. Criteria for selection include being registered with the Boy Scouts of America and having been a Brotherhood member for at least two years. Those nominating members for this honor should use care and discretion in submitting names. Provide as much information as you can, so the selection committee can know the person.
