The Three Fires Council Campership Committee is comprised of volunteers from the council. Camperships can be requested for:
Campership funds are not provided to adults due to limited funds
After the campership application is received, the amount requested will be automatically entered into the online registration system. The amount requested will applied as “Pending” approval from the campership committee.
Decisions will be made and communicated to the contact person listed below by the week of April 27, 2020. If additional funds are due, the contact person will receive an email stating the balance due. Please make this final payment online or at the Norris Scout Shop either in person of over the phone.
PLEASE READ: In order to receive the Early Bird rate, the campership application must be submitted to the Norris Scout Service Center by April 10, 2020. Applications received by this date will be assured the Early Bird Rate even if not fully paid by this date.
Any Campership Application received on or after April 11, 2020 will not be awarded more than the maximum percentage of the Early Bird Rate. The fee increase will be the responsibility of the applicant. Due to limited funds, applications received on or after April 10, 2020 may go on a campership waiting list.
NOTE: Campership funds are not transferable to another person, event or refundable. If circumstances change and the amount is not needed/ cannot attend, please notify the email above so that the funds can be used for a camper that is on the waiting list.
Please provide the following information needed to help the Campership Committee determine the Campership needs of the Applicant. Please fill out 1 form for each applicant. Forms with multiple applicants on 1 form will not be accepted.
