Thank you for your interest in attending the 2026 Summer Camp at Boxwell Reservation! By filling out this form, you are letting the Middle Tennessee Council Camping Department know that your Troop is interested in attending camp. We will use this information to help find a suitable site for your Troop.

Please Note: Submitting this form does not guarantee or hold a campsite for your troop. Once we review your inquiry, we will send a confirmation email to the address provided to confirm your site, camp and week.

To confirm your site:
A $200 site fee is required. You can pay this fee by check, cash, or online. The Fee is not refundable and does not roll over to the next year. 

Checks: Please make checks payable to MTC and include your troop name, week, and site on the memo line.
