2025 Super Scout World (Cub Scout Day Camp) Campership

We believe every Scout deserves a chance to experience the fun and adventure of Day Camp, regardless of financial circumstances. To help make that possible, camperships (scholarships) are available to families in need of assistance with camp fees.

We encourage families to first explore financial support through their unit or chartered organization. If additional help is needed, you are welcome to apply for a campership through the Miami Valley Council.

Camperships may cover up to half of the regular registration fee. Late registrants may still apply, but funding may be more limited.

2025 Super Scouts World Day Camp Fees

Regular Fee: $140

Late Fee: $155 (begins June 8 at 12:00 AM)

Optional overnight fee for Webelos/AOL: additional $25

Late registrants may still apply, but may only request assistance for up to 50% of the regular fee.

Campership Application Process

Submit by: June 1, 2025, at 11:59 PM

Camperships are reviewed on a rolling basis.

Families will be notified of their status within two weeks of submission.

Awarded amounts will be applied directly to your Scout’s registration balance.
