UNIT MEMBERSHIP ACTION PLAN
All Scouting units are required to maintain a minimum of 5 registered youth in their unit. The Scout Executive must approve, in writing, units registering with 5 or fewer youth, units renewing with a drop of 50% or more in youth members or no change in youth registration.
This form is for you to submit your membership plan. Once submitted, your plan will be reviewed by the Scout Executive and your District Executive. Once approved, this plan will be filed in the current unit file at the Council Service Center. A copy will also be supplied to the Key 3 Unit Leadership
All plans will be reviewed quarterly in the following year.
