This form is the only way to request a refund. Verbal requests to event staff, camp staff, Rangers, or Council Store staff are not refund requests and will not be processed.

Submit within 14 days of the end of the event, activity, or reservation, or within the applicable return window for merchandise. Incomplete forms are returned unprocessed.

You will receive a written decision within 15 business days. We process approved refunds within 30 days and return them to the original method of payment. The processor retains online registration and credit card processing fees, which the Council cannot refund.
