Camp Card Sales Check-In 

Please fill out this form about every 2 weeks during the camp card sale for your unit. 

For Re-orders, please fill out this form and upload to the questionaire.

For Partial Returns, please fill out this form and upload to the questionaire. (Mostly for transfers)

For End of Sale Returns, you will need to bring your Return Form to the office with your remaining camp cards.

Transfers will be completed by the receiver submitting a Re-Order Form and the giver submitting a Return Form.
