Welcome to the Camp Staff application for our Camp Avantura 2027 season.

Please fill in all of the questions and answer to the best of your ability.

To prepare for your interview, please have a plan to answer these additonal questions:

• What are some goals you would like to set for yourself while working at camp?
• How do you plan to acheive those goals while working at camp?
• What is your strongest attribute?
• What is your weakest attribute?

Be aware that transportation to and from Camp Avantura is not covered by the camp; are you able to procure transportation to and from Savudrija, Croatia?

Camp staff will be expected to arrive on the 18th of July and will be released earliest on Saturday after participant checkout on August 7th. Some area directors may be asked to arrive a day early. 

Our first participant week begins on July 25th . We will have two full weeks of attendees at camp with us for this 2027 summer camp season.

A Counselor in Training program has not been determined but please feel free to apply for that role so we may identify interested candidates early on. All applicants for general campt staff must be at least 15 years old at the time of the start of camp in 2027.

All waterfront/Aquatics staff must be a minimum of 16 years old.
