The only way an adult can attend the Jamboree with the council contingent is through this form.
Another option for adults wanting to attend the Jamboree is to attend as a member of the JST (Jamboree Service Team (staff)), periodically check the Jamboree Website for more details. Those interested in serving in the JST will apply directly through the national event website.

The Jamboree event runs July 19 - 28, 2026.
The Chippewa Valley Council Jamboree Committee is planning to travel by bus to the event. An itinerary is being developed, but we are hoping for one evening and one full day of touring in Washington, DC prior to arrival at the Jamboree. Our contingent will depart and return from the Eau Claire area.
Besides attending the trip, there will be several planning meetings, youth recruitment drives, and various responsibilities delegated to each adult leader.
$3,250 for youth and adult attendees. National fees and transportation fees are unknown. Fees could fluctuate when actual costs are determined. The Jamboree Troop and families may do some extra fundraising which could bring costs down as well.
All in attendance must be able to meet the medical requirements listed on page 5 & 6 of the Summit Medical Form.
Visit the 2026 CVC Jamboree youth registration site for more details.
