Leadership Goals of the 2026 CVC Jamboree Contingent

  • Provide life-changing experiences for youth in the Chippewa Valley Council through the National Jamboree program. 2026 travel plans are to have a more direct route to the event and back home compared to previous years. All adults serving as leadership agree to plan a trip focused on this goal.
  • Select 4-6 adults to serve in a leadership role, 2 of which are female if possible.
  • Adults must be 21+ and strong experience working directly with youth.
  • A Scoutmaster will be selected by the selection committee to lead the council contingent. The Scoutmaster must currently be a Scoutmaster of a Scouts BSA Troop in order to be eligible for this position.
  • The selection committee is open to adults that have previously attended a National Jamboree serving as leadership, but strongly encourage all interested adults to apply. All factors of experience, and attitude will be taken into account during the final selection process.
