9:30       Large Group Session

10:00    Breakouts by position

11:00    Scoutbook Workshop

Noon      Closing / Departure

12:30-3:30pm       Position Specific Training (Optional)

Things to Expect:

• Get help with Scoutbook
• Meet Cub Parents & Leaders from across the Council
• Get all of your Scout questions answered
• Learn several methods to recruitng adult volunteers
• Meet with Council Staff & Council Volunteers
• Optional: Position Specific Training offered in afternoon (Cubmaster, Den Leader, or Pack Committee)

We are offering activities for youth in conjunction with this event, making it easier to attend as a busy parent! Please note that these will be done in a large group setting (morning only) and will be partially outdoors (depending on weather) so please consider your child's comfort level and send them prepared. Activities may include a craft, games, snack, and other group activities.
