The NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA) is a prestigious recognition granted by Mountaineer Area Council's NESA committee to Eagle Scouts who have demonstrated outstanding achievement at the local, state, or regional level. The NOESA recognizes Eagle Scouts whose efforts have made a positive impact in the community. The presentation of this award will occur at the Mountaineer Area Council's annual Distinguished Citizen Dinner on November 7. Often, these men and women have devoted a lifetime of service to their community and Scouting America at a great sacrifice to themselves and their families. Each recipient should receive recognition worthy of a lifetime’s accomplishments.
