This form is used to request a support meeting as part of the Unit Growth Incentive Program. These meetings are designed to help units plan for year-round membership growth and receive personalized support as they work on their recruitment plan. Support meetings are a great opportunity to review and submit your completed goal sheet with a staff member.

Support meetings provide an opportunity to:

• Talk through your unit’s recruitment goals
• Share ideas and strategies for reaching new families
• Identify challenges or barriers
• Learn how district and council staff can support your efforts
• Submit goal sheet to qualify for the Unit Growth Incentive Program

Meetings are collaborative and flexible, not evaluative. Most meetings take about 30 minutes, though some may be shorter or longer depending on your needs. Meetings may be held by Zoom, phone, or in person, based on availability.

Once this form is submitted, a staff member will follow up to schedule your meeting using the preferences you provide below.
