While applications can be accepted throughout the year, applications for summer camps should be completed by May 1, 2026 to faciliate payments to summer camps.
Exceptions may be made for new Scouts.

For financial assistance outside of Summer Camp Programs, please contact your District Executive or Event Lead for further guidance.

YOUTH MUST HAVE A CURRENT REGISTRATION WITH PACIFIC HARBORS COUNCIL TO BE CONSIDERED

This form is for those applying for PHC Cub Scout Resident Camp, PHC Scouts BSA Trailblazers Camp, National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT), Sea Scout Long Cruise, National Scout Jamboree, BSA High Adventure Camps, and out of council Scouts BSA Summer Camps.

Instructions:
Applications may be sumitted by unit leader or parent/guardian. The Council Campership Committee will meet on a recurring basis as needed to review all campership requests. An email will be sent once the Campership is approved to both the Parent and the Unit Committee Chair.

Change in 2025: There are no restrictions to which camp the Scout may attend.

Cub Scout Camperships are only avaiable for Pacific Harbors Council Cub Camps!

       How to determine campership eligibility:

• Camperships should be awarded to Scouts who are making a sincere effort to help pay their own way and without assistance would not be able to attend Scout Camp. For example: participating in the Council Popcorn Product Sale.
• Scouts who participate in the Council Popcorn Product Sale will be considered first for funds available through Camperships.
• Camperships may be awarded in amounts up to 50% of the Camp fee, dependent on the number of requests and available funds. Camperships for more expensive High Adventure activities will usually be the average amount given for local summer camps. 
• Priority for Camperships will be Pacific Harbors BSA and Cub Scout Summer Camps, then camps in the councils listed above. Camperships for district or council events will be secondary based on remaining funds. 

Camperships are considered on a first come, first served basis, as long as funds are available.
