Application for Fire Mountain Seasonal Staff

Seasonal Staff

Fire Mountain is open almost every weekend to share the adventure of scouting! While the summer season is when Fire Mountain sees the most scouts visit at a time, the Fire Mountain WKND and seasonal programs operate almost every weekend of the year. Rain or shine, busy weekends or quiet weekends, we offer the game of scouting to Packs, Troops, Crews and families from all over the Pacific Northwest. Since setting up the first tents in a field in 1972, Fire Mountain Summer, Seasonal and Volunteer staff have all been driven by the same mission: to provide a legendary camp experience to every person who enters our gates.

Fire Mountain Staff Mission Statement

It is the honor of the Fire Mountain Camp staff, to provide every Scout, Scouter, parent or guest who comes to our camp a LEGENDARY SCOUT CAMP EXPERIENCE while they are participating in our life-changing programs! We are committed to providing the best facilities, programs, and leadership that will constantly exceed the expectations of all who enter through our camp’s gates. Our Camp is a safe haven for experiencing the best of the adventures and values of Scouting as envisioned by our founders, those who came before us and those who will someday join us as Fire Mountain Camp Staff.
