Fire Mountain will be offering something special in September with a session of the Merit Badge Madness. This will be a day long merit badge clinic where scouts can sign up to come up for the day and enroll in ONE day long merit badge class. The class time would be 9AM - 5PM with a break for lunch.

This Falls Merit Badge Madness will be Saturday September 27th, 2025.

To support this offering, we are looking for volunteers registered as a merit badge counselor that would be willing to teach for the day and work with students on any follow up afterwards. By filling out this form you are stating what merit badges you would be willing to teach for the Madness and if you would wish to stay on site the night before and/or after Merit Badge Madness.

By volunteering you will need to have a current Youth Protection Training, and part A and B of the BSA medical form.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This form will not register you to be a MB Counselor, you will still need to submit the Scouting America MB Counselor Form and current Adult Application with a Youth Protection Training (or Safeguarding Youth) Cert to be approved as a Merit Badge Counselor.
