If you received a notice from Scoutbook saying you were dropped as a merit badge counselor, please complete this form to submit a renewal request to the council registrar.  Applications will be reviewed and processed weekly.
This form will close on August 31, 2021.


This form is for currently registered merit badge counselors (MBCs).  Thank you for serving Scouts in Mount Baker Council!  Current merit badge counselor registration expires on April 30, 2021.  Please indicate below whether you wish to continue serving as a merit badge counselor another year and if there are any changes.  The new registration period is May 1, 2021 to April 30, 2022.

Please submit your response ASAP.  This form will expire on May 1, 2021.  Merit badge counselors who have not responded by that date will be dropped and may not counsel youth until properly re-registered.
