Complete this simple form to notify the Food Service staff of any food allergies or special dietary needs at least two weeks prior to the event or activity that you will be attending. A member of our food services team will review your form and pass the information along to the staff for the event. If we have any questions regarding the information provided we will contact you prior to your arrival. 

Please Note: When you arrive at camp please check-in with the kitchen staff to review your food allergy or special dietary needs. We will have some alternate food items available at camp. If necessary, you may be required to bring your own food. Storage space will be available at the kitchen. 

The kitchen staff will not prepare special food brought by individual participants.
