Join us for a Dinosaur Adventure into scouting

Cuboree is an opportunity to enjoy some time in the great outdoors and get away from the busy buzz of the city. 
There will be a variety of activities to include things like fishing, fossil digs, games and more. The program schedule is jam packed with activities, if a Scout tires out or a program doesn’t interest you feel free to do your own thing. However please try not to arrive late to sessions as safety briefings must start on time. 

New Scouts that register August 2026 through October 2026 may attend for the day, October 24th. From 9:00 am to 12:00 pm the Dinosaurs will be roaming the area.  Register for day only at https://247scouting.com/forms/596-DinoadventuresScouting26. Food will not be provided for this event so pack a lunch, If you would like to stay for the rest of the day. Sessions end at 5:30pm

If new families would like to enjoy the entire weekend (highly encouraged) fees apply as stated. There will be highland games, archery, costume contest, and so much more. Registration is available for the weekend at https://scoutingevent.com/596-AlbemarleCuboree2026.  The cost is $40/family if registered on or before 10/18/26 (an additional $5 late fee after 10/19/26).  The last day to register is 10/20/26.Participants are invited to camp from Friday through Sunday, or any portion in between. Families are welcome to arrive on Friday to escape the city and set-up camp and relax (this makes Saturday easier). Likewise, after a day of craziness on Saturday you are welcome to take it easy Saturday night and make your way home on Sunday. Food is not provided at this event unless you are camping with a unit. Make sure you connect with a unit before registering for the weekend.
