Service Hours and Collection Report Form

The Scouting for Food unit coordinator needs to report the amount of food collected and the number of service hours

Service hours only need to be reported here.  The unit can enter hours into the Activity Logs portion of Scoutbook, but that does not affect the reporting for participation in this event or patches. Council staff will be reporting the information for the units based on the information provided below.

Every unit is to provide a separate report, even if they worked together during the event.
