Request a District Representative for an Eagle Scout Board of Review

After a Scout has completed the requirements for any rank, they appear before a board of review. Its purpose is to determine the quality of their experience and whether they have fulfilled the requirements for the rank.

At least one district or council representative must serve as a member of an Eagle Scout board of review. After you have received the council's approval to schedule an Eagle Scout board of review, please fill out the form below to request a representative from the district to attend your board of review. 

Typically completed by the unit advancement chair.
