The Minsi Trails Council is piloting a unit youth leadership position called the Instructor for Troop Safety.  The Instructor for Troop Safety is an older Scout with an interest in fostering safety awareness, planning and compliance with the youth members of the Troop.  The Instructor for Troop Safety is charged with making sure that safety considerations are included in all youth activities.  Detailed position description can be found here https://drive.google.com/file/d/1USK2tiAom1vvsMmN7HFNkChMLgBuYWKS/view?usp=sharing
