Thank you for choosing a PPC Scouts BSA Summer Camp. You brought at least 60% of your troop to Camp Somers or Camp Winnebago resident camp. Please fill out the following form before May 1, 2026 to ensure your unit has their free custom camp t-shirt in time for summer camp.

Guidelines:

You may only enter the number of paid youth and adult.

Additional custom t-shirt can be purchase at the Scout Shop by contacting Keith Hawkins at keith.hawkins@scouting.org  Send a list of sizes with your additional order.

Only one person from each troop should fill this out.
