NEW Scout Financial Assistance Request

*This form will serve as an offical Scouting America youth application*

The purpose of the Membership Fee Assistance Fund is to ensure Scouting is available to all youth.  This need-based assistance program will help families with covering a portion of the cost for youth membership.  However, part of the Scouting program is teaching youth to "earn their own way" through popcorn and camp card sales.  We strongly encourage all families to participate in this aspect of the program.

This form can be used to apply for up to 2 youth. If you have additional youth, please complete another form. 

This assistance form applies for Scouting America registration fees for the 2024 calendar year. There may be additional fees charged by each unit. Please speak with your unit leader in regards to any unit dues.
