2024 MAC Program Support Fee Assistance
(available starting Oct 1, 2023 until funds are exhausted)

The purpose of the Program Supoort Fee Assistance Fund is to ensure Scouting is available to all youth.  This assistance program will help families with covering for youth the 2024 National Dues and Program Support Fee.

Families may be asked to set-up a small monthly payment to offset some of the costs.  This will help the funds available to be stretched further and help those Scouts that come behind us.

Before filling this form out families should check with their unit to see how the unit will be assisting.  It is also encouraged that all Scouts participate in council product sales or unit money earning projects to help raise funds for the unit.

Make sure you have ALL information at hand, because you will not be able to access this request if you leave before it is completed or once you click the SUBMIT button.  An applicaiton will need to be filled out for each Scout requesting funds.
