This is for anyone interested in teaching the Citizenship in the Society Merit Badge. 

All are welcome you do not need to be from North Star District

It is strongly encouraged to have at least one counselor per unit to be a Counselor for this merit badge, knowing the scout will help you to better facilitate the Merit Badge.
