Families applying for financial assistance through the Connecticut Rivers Council Campership Program must complete a separate questionnaire for each child they are requesting support for. This helps us ensure that every Scout has the opportunity to experience the adventure of camp, regardless of financial circumstances. Please answer all questions as thoroughly as possible to help us understand your family's needs and your Scout’s enthusiasm for attending camp.
Make sure you have All information at hand, because you will not be able to access this request if you leave before it is completed or once you click the SUBMIT button. You will have an opportunity to print what you have submitted. Out of Council please contact michele.soboslai@scouting.org after filling out. In council, please know your district (Western, Charter Oak, Leaders of the Revolution (Northeast), and Southeastern) otherwise they will not connect. Your unit leaders should know this. Please note we will only be accepting individual applications from the families, not the unit leader.
Please note that Campership awards are NOT guaranteed. You will receive notification from Connecticut Rivers Council after the Campership Committee meetings and processes applications. All will be within a two week window of the following deadlines:
First Round of Camperships due Feb 15th
Second Round of Camperships due April 15th
Final Round of Camperships due May 28th
