Welcome Eagle Scout Class of 2024!

Congratulations on earning the rank of Eagle Scout, one of life's significant accomplishments only young people of virtue, focus and commitment are able to achieve.

Our pride in your achievement is shared by the entire Board of Directors of the Silicon Valley Monterey Bay Council, Scouting America, as well as by the Scouts, Scouters and community leaders throughout our Council. With this said, we would like to honor you at our 2025 Annual Recognition Dinner being held on February 1, 2025 at Embassy Suites by Hilton, Seaside. 

There will be two opportunities to share and feature your Eagle Scout Service Project. 

The first of these will be at the in-person Eagle Scout Showcase in the lobby of the ballroom where you can display your project on a trifold presentation board and interact with event guests who would like to learn about your project. After the Showcase, ALL Eagle Scouts in attendance will form a line and will walk across the stage to be congratulated by Council leaders in front of all the guests. A very special moment to celebrate your work!

If you are unable to be a presenter at the Eagle Scout Showcase, you can upload images of your Eagle Scout Service Project in this form so that we can use them in our digital slide presentation during the event. You can also choose to do both. 

There are two other opportunities to participate in the program if attending.   

We are looking for about 7 Scouts to work with each other to perform the flag ceremony for the program.  This job would require you to arrive early to practice. 

Another task is to help move stage pieces during the program. You would be waiting offstage and at the appointed time move items onto the stage to set it up for the next scene.  This is called being a stage hand. 

And finally, ALL 2024 Eagle Scouts are invited to attend the Annual Recognition Dinner complementary if registered by January 20, 2025.
