Note: Our initial Camp Cards have been distributed. We have additional cards of every type available if you need more or would like to pick up your first batch! Please contact your District Executive to arrange for them to deliver cards, or visit our office to collect cards. Thank you. 

Please use this Camp Cards form to inform Council of your unit's participation with camp cards, so that we may prepare cards in accordance with your level of interest and participation.  Please submit your intent as soon as possible! 

Council ordered 28,500 cards on 1/20/21, based upon the 8,750 cards requested by units by the MLK Day deadline.  Card reservations will be filled in the order they were made, and units will be able to check out a number of cards in line with their unit's past sales numbers.  Additional cards may be picked up throughout the sale at any time through your District Executive. 

Please do not reserve more cards than you reasonably plan to sell, and please return all cards and close your fundraiser as soon as your unit has finished their participation in the sale.. In 2019 many units were unable to sell cards because 16 separate units took 1,000+ cards and sold none.  This behavior prevents other units' Scouts from being able to participate in fundraising, burns through limited non-profit resources, and takes advantage of the Camp Card fundraiser being a risk-free sale.  If any unit holds cards with no intention or attempt to sell, they may be disallowed from participating in future Camp Card fundraisers.

 

Pick up: Units may pick up additional cards at any time beginning the first week of March through their District Executive. 

Return: Units may return any and all unsold, undamaged Camp Cards before May 6th without penalty.   Any outstanding cards will be charged to the unit account if not returned by May 14th.
